Quotes provided by Terrasol are subject to survey and change. Payment terms will be set out in your specific contract. Unless otherwise specified, payments are due as per the agreement. Terrasol is not responsible for delays due to non-payment by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrasol’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim. Terrasol is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terrasol and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the site or breach of these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time for any reason, including for suspected breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued prior to termination.
